Job Description

We are currently looking for a HR Assistant to support our European region. The ideal candidate should be interested in gaining wide experience in the HR area and be confident to take responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks. The role is based in our Warsaw office supporting the regional HR department – our Senior HR Consultant in Warsaw and our Head of HR in Berlin - with a variety of tasks related to HR administration, data management as well as employee relations.

Key responsibilities for our HR Operations Administrator will include a variety of tasks related to HR administration, data management and employee relations, such as:

  • HRIS Administration – data entry, generating reports etc.
  • HR administrative tasks including employee entry and exit activities, references and other correspondence as required
  • Benefits, health insurance and visa queries coordination
  • Support our HR Team in daily Operations & HR projects
  • Responsible for maintaining employee files as required in the respective offices, either manual or digital

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 1 – 2 years experience in a similar role in HR administration, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong command of the English, German and Polish language
  • Knowledge of Polish and German employment regulations will be an advantage
  • Keen interest in Human Resources and the willingness to develop with us working on a range of internal projects to improve our HR service offering
  • Excellent communication skills and high ethical standards
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work independently, with attention to detail in a customer service environment
